Reservations and payments
As spaces are limited, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
As the courses require a minimum number of bookings to run, please do not book flights or non-refundable travel until you receive confirmation that the course is going ahead
Cancellations and payments
Deposits are strictly non-refundable
If you cancel after paying the final balance, a refund is only possible if your place is filled by another guest. You will then be refunded the course fee minus deposit.
No refund will be issued due to personal circumstances including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, changes in personal finances, or insolvency
If Le Manoir cancels the course, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another course within twelve months.
Non course participating guests
Fresselines nestles in the French countryside, therefore guests not participating in the course will need a car to get out and about during their days.
Travel and insurance
Le Manoir is not responsible for travel related costs, delays or cancellations
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests
Participation
Guests must inform Le Manoir of any medical, physical, mental health, mobility or dietary needs in advance of arrival. Participation in the courses is entirely at your own risk
Dietary Requirements
Whilst Le Manoir can cater for some dietary needs, this is France … and as such meat and fish will be on the menu, together with bread and pastries. We cannot cater for Vegan diets or those who have multiple dietary challenges. We want our guests to fully embrace the cuisine on offer.
There will be wine on the table with dinner. We expect guests to drink responsibly, and the use of drugs is strictly prohibited.
Damage
Guests must respect the property and report damage immediately. Repair costs will be levied dependent on circumstance.
Termination
Le Manoir may terminate a booking immediately and without refund for behaviour that risks damage, involves illegal drug use, or disrupts the course experience for others.
Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during your time with us. If you would prefer not to appear, please inform us in writing before the course starts.
Liability and Force Majeure
Guests participate at their own risk. Le Manoir is not liable for accidents, injury, or loss of property except where caused by negligence on our part.
Le Manoir is not liable for disruption caused by events beyond it’s control including fire, flood, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
Accessibility statement
Le Manoir is a historic property, and while we strive to make our facilities as accessible as possible, some areas may present challenges for visitors with limited mobility.
The workshop classroom is located within the original barn and retains many of its historic features. Access to the facilities involves several changes in level, including steps into Le Manoir, steps down into the barn, and further steps leading up to the classroom.
Unfortunately, due to the nature and age of the buildings, step-free access is not available.
If you have any accessibility requirements or concerns, please contact us before booking so that we can discuss your needs and advise on whether our facilities will be suitable for you.
No smoking is permitted on the property at any time
